Welcome to Tight and Fit, my name is Jesse Garcia.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Barefoot Training Specialist®, Nutritional Coach, and a Certified Massage Therapist.

I own my own gym, Mindful Motion Center in the heart of Den Haag a 3 minute walk from Central Station. 

I am relocating BACK to San Francisco, so please, feel free to follow my endeavors as I leave Europe and continue to offer my extensive knowledge, skill, and my devotion to health and fitness as a "Lifestyle Panoptic".

I am very excited to be moving back home to share an even broader knowledge based acquired while living abroad. My approach in living a lifestyle will help you to be at your best in Health by teaching you to use tools that you can utilize for the rest of your life.

The variety that I bring are man include using the TRX suspension training system (Fitness Anywhere) system; formats of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching via my Certification from CHEK Institute intagrating body, mind and spirit for a Panoptic approach to fitness;  my most recent Barefoot Training Specialist® certification from the Evidence Based Fitness Academy in NYC; and my certifed massage training from
Body Electric School of Massage
