Welcome to Tight and Fit, my name is Jesse Garcia. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and a Certified Massage Therapist.
I moved to Holland January 23, 2011. So please, feel free to follow my endeavors in Europe as I offer my knowledge, skill and devotion to health and fitness as a "Lifestyle Panoptic".
I am very excited to be living in The Hague and to share an exciting approach in living a TOTAL lifestyle to be in your best of Health using tools that you can use for the rest of your life.
The tools that I bring with me from San Francisco are many. The TRX (Fitness Anywhere) system was born in San Francisco. That, along with my appreciation and format of Holistic Lifestyle Coach via the CHEK Institute school of thought of intergrating body, mind and spirit for a Panoptic approach to fitness. Body Electric School of Massge and the recent Barefoot Training Specialist certification from the Evidence Based Fitness Academy in NYC.
